What minigame do you want for next expansion

Sweetroll and Cheese green bowling.

A bit like curling. Throw the Sweetroll then players have to get a wheel of cheese as close as they can to the sweet roll to win.

This would be even better if it followed Crown Green Bowling rules as opposed to lane green.

Mount racing - but it's a random which mount you get, as you have to create your own by zapping someone with the Wabbajack
Skeleton bobslay - Except you have to slide down on an actual skeleton

I actually like Mini games, albeit not as a main feature for a yearly chapter.

I'd prefer to have more variety in games, with less depth. IMO they don't all need an entire questline, with big actors voicing main characters.

Proper Mini games with various lengths to a match.

I have to agree none at all if you have to add a mini game inside a game to sell product then two things are happening either A you are so out of touch with your own product that you literally ran out of ideas with a completely open map that hasn't been filled in or
B What you are putting out isn't what the community is asking for in anyway shape or form and you hope they buy to try and fix and or put out what they are asking for that you're not doing from the start.

I mean going back to when I played FF Online (not sure if it's changed now as it's been a while) but they have that Casino place. And that is literally a MAP full of minigames!!

It was always busy, and it wasn't a detriment to the game. And I thought it was a great idea. If you need a break from the story or PVP but still want to jump in rather than play something else - it's a great way to scratch the itch.

The only thing I can see (and it's not a very well founded opinion) but Elder Scrolls lore feels a bit more strict to me, and so it would probably be important to have lore friendly content that doesn't devalue the other games in the Elder Scrolls series.

Also, although I'm pretty much a casual and so it will be a longgg time before I'm caught up to the story, some people are really caught up so its a nice distraction while they are waiting for new content to be dropped.

Generalized minigame in the outdoor, which would be 'mounted combat'.

In WoW devs couldn't figured how to do it with balance in mind, but we are in 2022 now, devs are smart and experienced now.

Could fit DK and Templars the most.

Add the heavy lance to the mix, and a mounted charge delevering wazoo damage.

I do not want a mini-game. I'm not sure anyone could call this card game a success, either - I only know of one person who enjoys playing it. I gave it a try and I thought it was overly complex and frankly about as dull as watching paint dry.

I want interesting content that works.

I want new thieves guild and dark brotherhood content. Stealth atm on eso is amazing thanks to shadow strike passive from cp

It shouldn't be the main feature of a chapter but I do want more activites that are just harmless fun we can do with other players and can be watched by other players, so not things like ToT. Dice playing, some kind of racing, jousting, drinking games etc.

Add some life to towns and taverns and a nice thing for roleplayers.

I dunno if it counts as a minigame but one thing I miss from Guild Wars 2 is the teleportation device that takes you to the currently ongoing world boss... Perhaps some kind of crown shop item that teleports you to a world boss and the one it takes you to changes every 10-15 minutes so that you can make a minigame out of slaying world bosses in pugs, would also give people who need to clear a certain world boss for a daily quest a group to do it with, heck, if it's not too hard to program then make it take you to a world boss that players have an active quest for and are nearby. I'd love to just zerg around tackling world boss after world boss to de-stress like back when I played GW2.

While there are some good ideas in this thread, especially the mounted combat or jousting ones which are intriguing, I would prefer resources put into more immersive and less cliche quests when releasing new chapters and DLC. I do love the characters in ESO, and I don't mind revisiting beloved NPCs, but some of the player dialogue, dialogue choice options or lack of, and seeing the ending coming miles away because it's written in a way that assumes players have the intelligence and attention span of a third grader should really be on the list of what needs resources. I don't think the stories themselves are bad, and I enjoy most of them, but there needs to be more polish and writing for the intelligence of an adult audience that has already graduated high school. If you are going to rate a game M, then assume your audience is more with it also. Please don't cut corners with quest stories or play down our intelligence. Quests should be engaging, make us think, give some RP choices even it doesn't matter for the final outcome, and respond to our alt choices (including reacting if we are vampires, werewolves, Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, race, etc). ZOS does put a lot into dungeons and trials already, and I'd like to see more put into story and quests to have TES quality content.

What would be better is new class / skill lines, weapon types, dungeons, trials, zones and working on QoL improvements. Along with sorting out the huge list of bugs / glitches that still exist.
