I lost all my mail and bonuses. I pre ordered this game months ago, and now I lose everything?!? This is ridiculous, I did not pay the price for this pre-order/game, only to HAVE to pay monthly fees also...I would rather not play the game at all and get my money back!!!!! I paid for the imperial for the bonuses it gives and to start the game off with not being able to zoom in on my character...and not just the face the whole body, this is a fail on ESO!!! I want this problem fixed with my in game mail items returned or I won't play at all and want my money back!!!
