    Wouldn't it be great if there was a testing server for people to experience the changes and report back on them so that players could come to these conversations with the extensive experience of the live servers and the new experience of the test server??? If only.

    Not sure we really needed the Tweet reposted again. Pretty sure anyone who cares has already seen it.

    The Tweet doesn't mean no changes will be made to PTS (which always happens from one week to the next) as it was made even prior to PTS coming up. The last time the community got this passionate was with the cast times on shields, especially regarding PvP.

    It wouldn't be unprecedented for ZOS to do a complete backstep on their plans.
