error 103 account permissions dont allow me onto server?

i cannot get into the server it gives me that "103 4:1:1313:0" error!
can a dev fix this for me?

check your billing history, you more than likely only have 3 day early access instead of 5 days

i thought they only sold both with 5 day acess?
and it was supposed to be a 5 day not 3 day

they have it as 5 day preorder bonus, ive contacted them aswell!

heres a picture and yes its saying 3 day for some odd reason.. the retailer has it posted as 5 day and they are relatively trusted!
