Gifted Blackwood Collector's Pack but recipient can't claim it.

I purchased the Blackwood Collectors Pack last night for a friend, but when she tried to claim it she got this message:

"You are not eligible to claim this gift.

<<1>>"

She submitted a ticket last night in-game and has yet to get either a confirmation email from support receiving the ticket or a response email. As she does not have access to the forums I'm asking in her stead.

I saw on another post that mentioned that if you have a part of the collector packs they don't like to work properly, as she has the preorder bonus for Blackwood.

If it matters at all, the platform is Xbox.

@ZOS_Bill may be able to help them if they post their ticket number so they can review it.

They should be able to find their ticket number if they log into the support section of the site. Link is below, but it is also in the banner here in the forums.

Had her make a new ticket as she did not save the previous ticket number. Here is the new ticket number: 220712-002127
