Where is Lyris Titanborn if you have already completed ALL quests involving her?

Like... I need to introduce Isobel to her for part of an achievement. BUT,

I've completed the whole Main Quest, from "Soul Shriven in Coldharbour" to "God of Schemes". She doesn't appear to be in either Coldharbour or the Harborage.

I've completed the Greymoor Prologue (The Coven Conundrum / Conspiracy).

I've completed the whole of Greymoor and Markarth, including all the main quest line AND her sidequest in the Reach with Sai Sahan.

No sign of her. Looks like I may have to start another character and go to High Isle out of sequence, to get Isobel before completing some of Lyris's quests...

I'm hoping, in particular, that there is a BASE GAME location to find Lyris after all quests are done, for the benefit of people who may have High Isle but haven't bought the prior DLCs and Chapters (Greymoor Chapter, Markarth DLC, Harrowstorm DLC for the Icereach Dungeon.) I do know the Greymoor Prologue is universally available even for people without the Greymoor Chapter, and Lyris is in it - but again, she disappears from the area once it's complete, she isn't in the area's completion zone (Eastmarch, Jorunn's Palace in Windhelm).

[EDIT] Oh, I did find her. In the Blue Palace in Solitude (Western Skyrim), and in the Announcements Chamber at the side of Understone Keep (Markarth). So she's available in the DLC zones when completed. Still no base-game location though.

I mean, I do have all the DLCs and Chapters, but was just wanting to find out, for the benefit of people who didn't, so they have an answer of where to look for her.

Start a new character, collect Isobel first then find Lyris, you can delete that character after once it saves the progress.

I went to the palace in Solitude when I needed to find her. You will usually find most characters at those locations where you finished the DLC zones they all have those celebrations with all the major NPC's from the zone can be found.

I found an instance of her still in the throne room in the Blue Palace on a character that has done all the story quests in Western Skyrim.

Thank you. None of the above places (Western Skyrim, Markarth, Icereach) are BASE GAME - which was my question? Where would a person without past-DLC go, if they had High Isle but not Greymoor, Markarth or Harrowstorm DLC and had completed all of Lyris's quests?

(Note: This is an academic question since I am not in that situation myself.)

I have not been in this position so maybe I am misunderstanding the reality of the situation. But…

If a person buys high isle, doesn’t that unlock previous chapters? I thought it did…

Also regardless of ownership of the dlcs I think the chapter previews are available even if you only own the base game, no?

Yes, she is in the Fighters Guild hall IF you have not completed the Greymoor prologue quest. BUT...

Note the title of this thread: "If you have COMPLETED ALL QUESTS involving her".

Completing the Harborage Main Quest line, and recovering your soul from Molag Bal, removes her from any place that is related to the Main Quest.

Completing the Greymoor prologue quests (Coven Conspiracy / Coven Conundrum) removes her from any place to do with that. This includes removing her from the Fighters Guilds where she appears to give you this quest.

After which, if you don't have *actual* Greymoor or Markarth, or Harrowstorm, all of which are paid-content DLCs, she is no longer to be found in the game.

Hence the question: IF a player is in the following state...
    - DOES NOT HAVE Greymoor, Markarth or Harrowstorm
    - COMPLETED Main Quest, all the way from "Soul Shriven in Coldharbour" through to "God of Schemes"
    - COMPLETED the free Greymoor prologues "Coven Conundrum" and "Coven Conspiracy"
    - HAS High Isle, which has an achievement for which one of the necessities is introducing Isobel Valoise to Lyris Titanborn at least once...

Then how is the achievement to be fulfilled WITHOUT making a new character who has NOT COMPLETED the quests above that are listed as COMPLETED?

Guessing they'd have to wait for the free trial if they didn't want to hop on an alt. Which is how I'm guessing they have no access to the dlcs but still have high Isle. Guessing they relied on Plus to play those and then chose to buy the High Isle upgrade instead of the collection.

As was mentioned, if you have High Isle, then you do have Greymoor, and regardless of whether you have completed its storyline or not, Lyris can be found there (in the Blue Palace if completed).

By doing other things. Such as High Isle daily quests - if you have Isobel, you have High Isle, she loves killing World bosses.

She also likes doing Undaunted Daily Delves from Bolgrul, which are base-game.

It also needs to be pointed out that NOT everybody who has High Isle, has Greymoor.

lyris will always appear in icereach dungeon, even if you have done quest

however the rapport bonus for this is like 10 or 20, so pretty negligible, just do the daily quests for +125 rapport gain each (i think undaunted bolgrul daily and high isle WB daily)

this might be needed for the achievement for the different rapport source gains, in which case back to original point that lyris is always present in the icereach dungeon lol

The undaunted dailies get you another 25 for visiting the enclave. You can’t pick up or drop off without going there. And because you do them daily the 20 hour cooldown should have expired if you do it at the same time each day.

Just to note: Icereach is a DLC dungeon (from "Harrowstorm" DLC content). Just as Greymoor and Markarth are DLCs.

All else is as I pointed out in post #3 of this thread. I don't want to hear anything about her availability in DLC areas, not one single solitary DLC area. ONLY in base-game after all her quests (namely the Harborage series, and the base-game free Greymoor prologue "The Coven Conundrum") are finished.

So far, there is no evidence of this being possible...

And yes, I long ago got the actual achievement because, since I *do* have the DLCs, I was able to meet her in the Markarth and Solitude throne rooms. So it's not on my own behalf that I'm asking the question...

so if all you need is for the achievement, unlock isobel on another toon and run any of the main quests again? unless you have all of your toons with all of the main harborage quests and greymoor prologue completed (all of the non-dlc related content)

i personally just did icereach instead of trying to find where she was

the most comprehensive list i could find has her located in:
    • 11 main story quests (soul shriven in coldharbour all the way to god of schemes) (non dlc)
    • icereach dungeon (harrowstorm dlc)
    • the 2 quests in the greymoor prologue (non dlc)
    • 7 quests in the greymoor story (greymoor dlc)
    • 4 quests in the markarth story (markarth dlc)

on another note to markarth, even if you have completed markarth lyris should still be present at the "epilogue" quest location

from what i could search i did not see any other easily accessible location if you have already cleared all the non-dlc content with her unless you just unlock isobel on another toon, and repeat one of those quests to meet her again (non-ironic yay for account wide achievements lol)
