Testing may look ok on the PTS because it's a low volume of players compared to how many are logging in on a popular mega server the day a new chapter launches. This can exacerbate problems that weren't as evident on the PTS.

Plus one server can have problems that the others don't, which is evident here.

The PTS had a bug that would not let you progress the main story on the first quest if you had done the prologue. I made a new char and had the whole story done by the time she was twenty. Not having my main char hampered my ability to test anything beyond a level 20 char.

Ah, so this is the patch where they finally implemented Elder Amoebas Online where they reduce our characters to single-celled organisms with a complete lack of any discernible identity after account wide achievements. Good to know.

No no, Voriplasms. Green ones only. Far too many colors and ability to customize in a Swamp Jelly. Remember everyone, we need to keep that server side data to the bare minimum. Individuality is the enemy of non existent performance improvements!

(As a side note- being turned into swamp jellies would be an awesome april fools prank! XD or a cheese wheel...)

Seems interesting that the database for NA has problems but EU doesn't. Did they forget to update the database system on NA to the same version as on EU?

I also image all those EU users are taking some joy in the fact that it is NA that is having problems instead of EU this time.

Now here is an very subtle HINT.

Perhaps inform that the EU servers are up and only the US servers has problems for some weird issue.

Then the EU servers has their regular extended its always noted that the US servers are up.

I haven't missed enough days that I should loose those books but that's going to be very inconsiderate and rude of Zeni if people miss out on it becuase of "unforseen circumstances".

Oi, I remember EverCrack patches. A full day looking at the totally unrealistic variety of faces and heights? Unbearable. And what was that bright think up in the ceiling? It hurt my eyes.
