Snow Treaders only protect against snare & root that can be cleansed, does nothing for hard cc, or the fact break free and cc immunity is bugged.

Most of the time it's probably the 100-200 ping on your side and the 1200+ ping or something on server side causing you to not break free. I usually only get problems with breaking free when server is getting more full.
