as well as re-working one morph of Arctic Wind into a DPS ability would be fantastic places to start.

    You mean Arctic Blast.
Other morph to be heal+AoE dot is fine.

I really try to stay away from Forums, but I've gotten really frustrated with the state of Warden (Specifically with Frost Related Stuff), so here I am.

Just going to drop my two cents in here for Warden:

Reactive Stuns or building up to a stun feel really bad, if I need to stun someone, I need to do it now, not in 5 seconds or not after waiting for them to do a ranged attack.

Let's roll back Arctic Blast to just being damage, @ESO_Nightingale has made some great ideas to make it unique and useful. Balance doesn't need to be make it better/make it worse, make it unique and impactful.

But anywho, that's my 2 cents

Please help the QOL of crushing weapon in the psijic order skill like so that it procs off of light and heavy attacks, and consider increasing the buff time to 3-4 seconds! In its current state it is not viable as a melee skill!

I don't really mind just switching from Eternal Guardian to Wild Guardian, the new status effect seems cool. I wouldn't say any morph balance was achieved though, the previous better morph just became the worthless morph.

Can you please look at Screaming Cliff Racer.

The Sorc changes are very good for Stam Sorcs playing with Magicka Abilities.

But for Mag Sorcs there is no really good Stamina option, Bound Armaments with Cfrag feels very very strange to play and before the chapter it wasnt good at all.

Maybe with the possibility to proc Cfrag with BA its good but we will see after some tests....

There's definitely a large divide between stam and mag Sorc. Crystal Weapon deals more damage per cast than even a procced Crystal Frag, and can be cast every other skill instead of the average every 4-6 skills for Crystal Frag (depending how many back bar skills are used).

Hurricane is far better than Boundless Storm. Armaments is far better than Aegis. Flood/Liquid are still too weak to justify a skill slot. And when it comes to non-class abilities Stampede, Carve and Barbed Trap obliterate Wall, Orb and Accelerate. Caltrops is bigger and better than Scalding Rune. Whirling Blades beats Pulsar. Executioner/Reverse Slash beats Endless Fury/Mage's Wrath.

Daedric Prey and Volatile Familiar are still mag based, but neither is good enough to prioritize over a Crystal Weapon cast. Same story for Entropy.

What happened to skill standardization? I don't want stam and mag morphs to be the same, but I'd like them to be remotely balanced. Crystal Frags for example could have its cast time removed and it still wouldn't be as strong as Crystal Weapon (and would be a much more fun and less clunky spammable).

This is exactly what i think. i actually like wild guardian more because it's now bleed. but the issue i have with it is that it just reversed the problem and also wild is kinda broken with this much hemo proc. also scr is a joke.

    This pretty much:

Did we really NEED to reduce the proc rate of crystal frags on magicka skills? You can have a separate proc rate on Stam skills without wrecking magicka gameplay.

We like our 35% proc rate on magicka skills, and it’s not like force pulse is remotely comparable to the whole bow line.

Do you even care ZOS? I mean, I’m not a Dragon Knight or anything.

I don't know where to write about this so I'm writing here.

It would be much better if the slots in the new quick slot wheel weren't rigidly set to what can be used in them. In addition, I do not know how come we did not get a separate wheel for Cyrodiil (siege weapons, repair kits, etc.), it is more needed than anything else, because due to the "stuck in combat bug" very often we are not able to change our slots, which leads to a situation where we stand and stare at the fight instead of participating in it.

I don't know where else to write. Necromancer is a forgotten class. It does not have adequate changes useful for pvp. Also, this class just doesn't have any support community. As if nobody cared about this class. I have seen many posts, suggestions and discussions of other classes. Even the Wardans started whining about changes to arctic blast's abilities. And the necromancers have 0 any discussions. The only thing is that everyone is enraged by the Dark Convergence.

Make a normal ability change for the necromancer. Why is the necromancer tied to the Boneyard ability to activate the synergy. The ability gives no damage, no control. For her sake, I spend 300 spd for harmony. And gameplay from ultimate to ultimate. All you have to do is summon a skeleton and spam the ability spam until you have ult points. Gameplay my respect. Of the 6 offensive abilities, only 3 are usable in pvp. At the same time, the Boneyard ability is needed only for the sake of activating synergy, and the skeleton mage does little damage and pet control does not work on him.
Blastbones .The way he gathers over the bones and runs. I'm trudging. Wardan cockroaches suck.

Empowering Grasp is incredibly hard to hit and doesn't deal damage. Ghostly Embrace increases crowd control by 1 second. Has anyone ever used this morph?

Over the past year, many changes have taken place, and if earlier the necromancer and Warden fought in ranged combat, now only sorс and nb. You are either a bomber or a melee build. Otherwise, you have no damage.

I think a big part is if there's not a Feedback happening, start it. The Warden people (myself included) are trying to get some fixes so we're trying to stay active in here to keep the Feedback relevant.

I'm sure there are other people who feel the same with Necro, start the conversation and see where it goes

I would like to chime in to say that I personally LOVE the changes made to Corrupting Pollen and Deep Fissure from the PvP perspective!

However, as a fellow advocate for the Frost Warden playstyle in PvE - many of the other MagDen changes greatly miss the mark and I agree with what @ESO_Nightingale sets forth by way of their critique.

Frost Wardens need more Frost Damage abilities in their toolkit and doing easy things like changing the base damage type of Deep Fissure to Frost Damage (alternatively, allow it to deal significantly more damage to Chilled targets) as well as re-working one morph of Arctic Wind into a DPS ability would be fantastic places to start.

Northern Storm also needs a whole lot more love if it is ever to compete with Stamina Bear as a damage ultimate.

I was expecting more for blade. While I do feel is part of the class identity to rely on damage done, on kills, etc. (and I like it), I think it doesn't work in the current state of the game.

You could buff drain power to 100 sec, still, people are not going to use it because 1. in pvp you want to open up with major sorc/brut up 2. In pve you can't spam it and you usually build for boss fights - especially so if you're on console and can't swap gear between pulls with an add on.

I fail to see the use of mark target as well, so a buff there is not really a buff. I mean, the skill is useful, but 1. in pve there are many skills that have priority over that, so, no bar space for it, 2. in pvp you ain't gonna use it for ganking because that's like signalling "hey, I'm going to attack you", and if you want to use it for the reveal, other revealing skills offer better passives, so no bar space for it either.

So, blade "buffs" don't seem buffs to me since they revolve around skills that are not much used.

Anyway, I'm actually happy for the ambush change, I see its potential in pve, but will need to test it.

@Mayrael I agree with you, except for the fact that blade is not a ranged class.

I also agree with @master_vanargand, major sorcery/brutality would be best on siphoning strikes.
Also, since we have the grim focus minigame we have to slot front bar BOTH our spammable and grim so, having on grim focus a useful passive, like major savagery/prophecy, would help with bar space issues.

I know the division between stam and mag blade is rather outdated but stamina NB has always been more focused on melee while magblade was almost exclusively ranged. I wrote this from a ranged perspective because stamblade have long used rally as a source of major brutality, because simply 2h is a brilliant PvP weapon for melee, unfortunately ranged blade doesn't have that option, it has to either rely on weapon that can't be used to do LA weawing or on skills that require a target, generally all not very convenient or fun.

Extremly bad patch for NBs taking into consideration that other classes recieve some nice and USEFUL buffs.

There used to be melee based magblades once upon a time. Zos definitely needs to show nightblade in general a little more love because what are those buffs?? I like the buffs the others in this thread suggested instead. Zos.. melee magblades do exist and people would love to play them aswell.

Nerf magdks sustain or survivability please and thank you. Currently it has the trifecta of top tier damage sustain and survivability. Actually with the living dark changes it will have the best survivability , best damage and best sustain.

Suggestion : nerf combustion; even in pve you have to remove sustain passives and run pure max mag food so you don’t over sustain with bahsei. This issue is very apparent in pvp

    Feedback for Nightblade:

    1) Mark target : both moprhs are garbage
    a) piercing mark - major defile + see invisibles for 5 secs on use
    b) reaping mark - major berserk for 5 secs /minor brittle for 10 sec on use
    c) can request some resources to use

    2) Teleport strike: Reeeeaally make it instant

    3) Death Stroke: make instant
    a) Incapacitating Strike: make it unblockable on 120+ ultimate points
    b) Soul Harvest: change morph while we have defile from piercing mark already

    4) Grim focus:
    a) make projectile faster
    b) change animation ( no bow, smthng daaark magic )

    5) Drain Power: required no target anymore, become common buff skill, duration 30 secs
    a) Power extraction: apply Minor Cowardice on enemies in % range
    b) Sap Essence: healing for each enemy hit while active
    ....
    Mana dk/manaplar - nerf heal/sustain

This is mostly related to PVP because that's what I care about the most.

Where the heck are the nerfs for MagDK (WAAAAY overperforming in PVP) and buffs for MagSorc (way underperforming)?

MagDK has unlimited sustain, massive damage, and perfect ability to CC. MagSorc can (maybe, if no one is running swift jewels) Streak away and give everyone in the line free CC immunity in the process.

    MagSorc needs two buffs;
    • First, either the damage on streak needs to go WAY up, or it needs to automatically break free of CC's. This would either actually make it into a decent offensive ability and worth the escalating cast cost, or actually allow us to escape using it. Both buffs would be best, but either would be satisfactory.
    • Second, Crystal Frags should not miss, and needs its proc chance BUFFED not nerfed. Simple as that.

Sorc does not have a proper class spammable, and in gameplay our #1 issue is that their attacks are too easy to avoid. When our one good attack that we can't even use as a spamable FINALLY procs (which, nerfing proc chance, what the heck??) it misses upwards of 2/3s of the time because the current meta is constant roll dodging.
When I finally get that lucky frag proc it should ACTUALLY WORK. Sorc depends on lining up a perfect burst
    • Buff light attacks with Overload if you have the ult (and didn't already spend that just to stay alive)
    • Preapply curse
    • use non-class spammable, counting the seconds until curse gets close to poping
    • apply Endless Fury/Mage's wrath so it's ready for them to drop to 20%
    • pray for a lucky frag proc in the narrow window of Mage's Wrath/Endless Fury and the Curse Explosion
    • Then if you're lucky enough for it to proc - watch as your burst gets dodged, then you get stomped because you're out of mag because your sustain is tied to KBs with Endless Fury.

This patch was is shaping up to be incredible for StamSorc which was already overperforming with the Hybrid changes, but it's also giving StamSorc MagSorc's only good ability (crystal frags now procing off Stamina abilities) while also giving them an OP alternative that MagSorc can barely afford to use (Crystal weapon stam cost is too high for MagSorcs to use - at least not without substantial survivability risk, while only casting Frags when it procs makes it viable for StamSorc) while reducing the Proc chance of frags making it actively worse for MagSorc who depend on that proc to get literally anything done.
