Forum name different to account name

Hello, I was looking at the Support section and Create a Ticket, but the limitations on that will not solve the issue.
Ever since I began I have been stuck with a forumname including the RIDICULOUS b16_ESO because I created my account in Beta, however my actual account name is 100% not inclusive of this.
All I want is for my Forum name to match my account name, but there is no current option to do that because if I submit 3 new names they will 100% not allow my ACCOUNT name to match my FORUM name.

You can post in the thread linked below to have your forum username updated to match your current account name or go with another name you may like.
