Somebody PLEASE fix it soon, it's very annoying and it doesn't help anybody.
@ZOS_Kevin : we'd all really appreciate it, it's reduced the forum's useability (well, in my opinion, anyway).
I think it's taking you to the first of the posts that (it thinks) you haven't seen since last you looked at the thread in question. But it's doing it so slowly that you've already scrolled to look at stuff before it kicks in (at least on mobile), or re-triggering for some reason after the page has been fully rendered.
As such, unfortunately, a good idea just doesn't work in practice.
For me it is actually the opposite. I will scroll down the page a ways and suddenly it will snap back up to the top. I thought it was my keyboard because when I am hitting page down one finger does rest lightly on the 7/home key (even though I have number lock on).

Hey all. We are looking into the issue with the page scrolling down, as that is not working as intended. It seems to be an odd Vanilla. But we will circle back with them to investigate why this is happening.
Using Chrome on iOS, and I do not have the jumping nor italics issue that I am seeing in the thread. Neither with mobile site nor desktop site. Everything is displaying as it should be.SilverBride wrote: »It seems tolo have gotten even worse.
