volendrungg is unfair.

    We play for fun right? it's fun. It should stay, perhaps optionable for some campaigns though. I feel the same re: proc sets. Some campaigns with, some without.
    Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...

    In the best of worlds I'd wish for ZOS to remove it completely. Such an item doesn't belong in Cyrodiil. But what I'd like to see change with it:

    * You can't use shrines/recall stones to port between keeps while carrying Volendrung.

    * No mounting while carrying Volendrung

    * Remove the ability to demolishing structures with it. This is by far the most overtuned and ridiculous aspect of the item and should never have been a thing.

    If it has to stay, I would agree these would be great tweaks, especially to stop being able to glitch it into staying up way longer than intended, which I believe is 20-30 min tops?

    Also, since Volendrung's purpose is to create chaos, it should refuse to function unless there are at least 30 players from opposing factions in its area. i.e. No using it to quickly take a bunch of empty keeps, Shegorath finds that boring. There should also exist multiple Wheel's of Cheese that spawn around the map when Volendrung spawns, and these have the ability to bash the head of the Volendrung wielder and will one-shot him/her, but have no other purpose/use.

    It should never spawn near the end of a campaign. All factions make a serious push in the last day and this hammer has a tendency to spawn with only a few hours left completely negating everyone's efforts. It's stupid.
