Gifting remain on 30 days bug

Hello Bethesda

so ive been an eso plus subscriber since 9/12/2020 and made my first crown purchase on 31/12/2020. Considering its more than 30 days that ive been an eso plus subscriber i dont get why i cant still not gift in game.
The timer remain on 30 days.
