Vateshran Hollow Crash to Desktop Loop

and now just after finishing "The Wounding" and about to port out i initially crashed to desktop , but since launching ESO again and selecting character , it gets to the Vateshran load screen and repeat crashes me to desktop , i can no longer play this character due to this bug ?

HELP!!!!

    nevermind , i had to Restart the WHOLE PC , and lose my Essence , good job ZoS
