ESO crashing on PS4

Ever since the update eso has been crashing for me and many others during dungeons and pvp battlegrounds, making this game unplayable. As someone who pays for ESO plus it's a huge waste of money while the game literally cannot be played, are we going to get a fix and/or ESO plus days given back to us that are going to waste?
