Crashing and game closing

Anyone else having issues with the game crashing and just randomly disappearing? Mine closes whether im in pvp land or pve land. Also i was light attacking in Cyrodiil and thought i was going to crash again when i got a pop up window that said good bye, like the one you get when you finish a quest in a zone. Also is it possible that people spamming barrier can have an effect on heal's and server lag? I know many that spam barrier now instead of healing tree skills because they can out heal someone with out ever using a heal ability.
