ESO starts in Full Screen but with 800p X 600p Resolution w but says 3440p X 1440p

When I start ESO
The Screen goes to Full Screen and the Resolution looks super pixelated like its 800 x 400 p
But in settings it says its 3440 X 1440 p
To fix it I have to go to settings , select windowed mode and then full screen mode.
Getting tired of doing it all over again
Any Work Arounds ?

There are some suggestions in the thread below of possible reasons your resolution settings continue to reset.
