Im a noob when it comes to this game, keep in mind please. So Ive only actually played once and wanted to try again, but I have to 'repair' my game to launch it. The problem is, its saying I dont have enough space to do so. The game is installed on my E drive which has over 800 GB free. I dont get why Im having the issue as the game is installed on a drive with more than enough space and thats all the error article says I need. Ive sent a support ticket, but I figured I might get a faster answer here. Help appreciated! Error Article: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2651

Run the repair tool in the launcher. Click on Game Options in the middle of the launcher and then repair.

This makes me wonder whether the launcher looks at the available space on C:

After a Repair, which the launcher seems to want to do, is it possible to clear off enough space on C: to make the launcher happy?

Frequently, Error 104 is due to an anti-virus program blocking the patch. In some circumstances, the exception will need to be removed and re-added back as an exception to your antivirus program.

The application files that may require exceptions are:
    • Bethesda.net_launcher: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenimaxOnline\Launcher
    • ESO.exe: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenimaxOnline\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso.exe
    • ESO64.exe: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso64.exe
    • Steam.exe: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe

Some antivirus programs require entire folders to be selected instead of a single file. When this is the case, the file paths below are what players should use. If required by the anti-virus program, include all subfolders since every file is critical to run the game.
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\

There are some additional troubleshooting steps for Error 104 in the thread below.

Can't repair the client with 40GB free, not enough disk space error (104) - edit: error 1112 and 210

I actually dont have any anti virus software on my PC so that cant be the issue. It seems like that was the problem for the other person in the thread you linked. I appreciate the help though.

Yea I wonder that too, I only have 44 GB left on my C drive, but the article doesnt mention that at all, it only says you need space on whatever drive the game is on, it would be a pretty bad thing to forget to mention lol.

Thank you for the updates of what you've done so far. Since the troubleshooting hasn't helped with the launcher error, we recommend starting a ticket with customer support to help with this further.
