Error 531: Bandwidth Cap Reached

What the freak is this? I'm in the middle of a BG and my toon rubber-bands across the map and I get DC'd with this error. How could I have exceeded any bandwidth cap? It's not like my client is exchanging nudes with the server (or is it? :O )
