Have a ticket open - 200523-011583 - I haven't heard back from anyone since Tuesday. I see that not having access was due to an error that was corrected. Support asked for my CE code when it came in. Do we get our pre-order bonus once this is put in by support? Also, how does the included ESO+ month work if I have 2+ months left of ESO+ through STEAM. Does it just commence once my STEAM subscription lapses?
