I pre-ordered it but I don't see in Chapters : Greymoor pre-orders bonuses.. Do I still get the bonuses or not?

Did you get the mount and chapter access? The others are applied at launch.

The only in-game item you get before launch is the mount, @Mattys04.

Everything else is received when the patch drops.
