personally i think it should stun making it a 2 piece combo when everyone dodge rolling all over the place was a bad move

    No. It was way too easy to use. And with the broken range mechanic hit people from well over 20 meters away sometimes, or when they were behind cover, or behind walls, etc.

    I think it should stun, but it should make the camera spin around your character like a wild top for 2 seconds so you get a "dizzying" effect from swinging, as the name implies.

    I quite like it how it is, depending on severity of lag. If the game is running well it's very strong and rewarding to use well.

    well if your speaking from a mag point of view shouldnt be that close anyways i dont think they should have nerfed the range on clench but thats another topic all together but i just think if some classes have a 1 button push stun then there should be one available for all

    Except no one else has a extremely hard hitting ability with a nearly unavoidable stun that defied the basic physics of the game. Ive actually been stunned after i streaked from 20 meters away. Either burst, or cc, but not both

    and streak a stun so is rune so theres 2 stuns and an ability to keep your distance your a sorc not a tank dont get that close lol?

    Streak has to be used in close range as a stun, and rune cage is laughably easy to dodge, and neither of them do 14 k damage.

    i mean i dont think its horrible the way it is now but it is a pain with people in full heavy wearing no sustain in any sets but getting all the res they need back when they land a dizzy and a heavy but eh just my thoughts... take the game back to scalebreaker times and ima stick by that pvp and pve wise lol

    right well wrecking blow keeps dmg and dizzy swing takes dmg nerf then? idk i dont have the solutions i just am definitely not satisfied with how things are currently and trying to help pin point stuff that may help

    Well i mean, what did ppl expect would happen? Dots got nerfed to uselessness, so people are running around in tank groups again because there is no threat really.

    I think it should be further nerfed. Pushing one button endlessly until people die should not ever be something that is optimal. If that is an optimal way to kill something then poor design decisions are at play.

    To be clear, I don’t blame people for doing it, I am against there being such a good reason for them to do it.

    exactly i agree so just trying to think of stuff that will even the playing field back out but i did already post on the dots situation like i said when it was scalebreaker patch they were perfect no one was complaining or saying they needed to be buffed on xb1 NA anyways then they got buffed to way too good then got nerfed to the ground instead of just resetting them..

    thats what im saying take say if theres a 14k tool tip take it down to like a 8 or 9 for a stun and if u do wrecking blow then it gets the buff to like 12k that way it can still be used in pve.. not those exact numbers but something like that

    Noob Stamblades are still getting stomped.

    Good stamblades are still annoying.

    Stamplar are still jabbing.

    Wardens never really depended on it for their burst.

    StamCros are still getting laughed at.

    And StamDks are still wrecking by throwing poop at you.

    After a hundred+ BG matches since the dizzy nerf, the only class I see hurting from the nerf is StamSorc. But that’s mostly because Stam sorc doesn’t have any worth while class passives that synergies with weapon skills.

    the way i see it is it had been the same since launch and there were some players that used it but clockwork days and any other time frame i dont think there was as much fuss about it as there is now... so put it back to how it was and fix the other issues because no one seemed to have as much of a prob with it until 2019

    Same, im a one character girl, and i only play sorc, be it tank, heal, mag or stam.

    As long as it has the reduced cast time then it's better to not have the stun. Paired with Onslaught, it was too good for stam builds not to use. And despite players arguing otherwise, it absolutely was an ez instant win combo much of the time. Sure maybe you don't land dizzy every time.. but you only need to land it once, and with the reduced cast time it's easier than ever. Good change.

    I don't really care about it, as the stun got removed I switched to wrecking blow to have that bonusdamage on the following light attack.
    The stun was amazing and I still miss it if there are some annoying permablocking players since you could use it to stun them if they dropped their block for a split second and then destroy them completely. But by now I am used to the other morph and even created my skillbar around it, now I have light attacks that hit like heavy attacks.

    Definitely no. Same as Onslaught should stay where it is same as dots. After terrible patch, we finally have patch where killing someone requires skill not just spamming 4 dots from 35 meters away or dizzy, dizzy, dizzy into unbreakable CC and Onslaught.

    Skilled players still mash potatoes as they used to. Potatoes need to learn how to time their combos.

    — They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.
