Where's the Achievement Furnisher?
I've found the stall in Senchal, but there's only a Home Furnisher there. There's a couple of other people, but I can't talk to them.
I've done all the main quest and finished the story.

You need to do more Dragonguard Dailies. Dont know the exact number but some people told me around 20 or so.

yes it's 20 dragonguard dailies, then the achievement furnisher appears just outside the room of the tiger woman in dragonguard who issues the dragon dailies

20 quests for tideholm, the main quests count with 9. So you need 11 dailies from there once you finished all mains (kill 3 dragons, get items from a cave somewhere in all of tamriel).

The rewards are nice.

Already finishing the first main quest rewards with a very glossy red. Even standard high elf breeches (matte leather) look glossy if you apply that dye.

The achievement furnisher finally available in Tideholm sells the bells from the khajiit temple mother (with the red, blue, yellow, green lamps), another much more simple bell, and - most desired by most: glowing vines like in the moonlit cave. The vines are even quite cheap, 2 or 3 k gold. And the painted rocks and minor stuff like flags.
