Cant access the account management, problems with the downloader not working, was ingame for 2 days an now i cant get back in whats going on?

Why am I not even able to access the help desk or support and not response in email?

Customer service treating customers like garbage since 2014. Cant access anything fix anything have option for anything, no response. How about that.
