I have submitted a ticket and have got a responce but was told they have to send my ticket to a specialized group. It's been past 4 days now. Question Reference # 190601-005333. @zos_Mykael is the man to get ahold of u was told. He has helped a friend with there issue as well and they were greatly appreciated.
