Transparency effects on skills: shuffle+elude, hurricane+lightning form, dragon blood

Agreed on the Hurricane transparency, i think that the wind around you and the debris flying are enough clues to tell someone is using the ability in PvP. The game even turns the transparency off in certain occations if there're enough particles at any given time, and using blade cloak before hurricane hides the transparency too, so it's probably not that important of a visual effect to keep.

In PvE it's incredibly annoying, i understand many people care only about the numbers they do with those skills but imo aesthetics are important, what's the point in customizing my stamsorc with the outfit station, costumes or else if i need to be invisible 100% of the time to play efficiently

In my opinion there should be an option to turn it off, or even a Crown Store release (like a customized action) considering scribing apparently won't give customization options for class skills
