I believe in the dream! I will pester ZOS at all events I see them at this year.Anyone want to add to this? To me, ESO Is a very guild oriented game; but has none of the tools to support guild actions. Myself being an officer, we are very limited in Admin tools. As far as gameplay it has nothing more than giving a player a guild trader and the ability to chat to upto 500 people. That seems extremely lackluster and needs to be built up. Especially with new guild roles coming out.
Guild updates 2019! Keep dream alive 👻

Here's an alternative perspective.
I am mortified. Literally, properly mortified every single time I see someone spamming zone chat recruiting for their guild advertising things like raffles. Which seems to be most of them.
The only other MMOs I've played recently are Star Trek Online and Guild Wars 2. Have played plenty of others but not lately. I've never seen guild sponsored gambling in any MMO except ESO.
I've seen them in SWTOR too, but nowhere else. In my trading guild days, I'd donate an extra gold per the local rules to avoid being entered into the raffle. I detest gambling, even small-scale stuff like this. I can see why guild leadership might want to implement them as incentive to donate, but I'm surprised the player base here seems to enjoy raffles so much.
*shrug* To each their own, I guess.
