Keep it, where people have less technical proficiency they may have tactics and cunning on their side.
Plus this melts ball groups.
This reminds me. Rapids was just nerfed. Although this bug really diminishes seeing its effect
I would like it to stay this way. Seige should freaking hurt, and you should fear it.

*sarcasm start* How do you get your siege to target specific classes? *sarcasm end*
I would love for this to be a feature. Nothing is more tedious than pouring 2 oil caudrons on players repeatedly to have them magic through it or just shrug it off.

wtf r u talking about, I do fear siege and don't normally stand in it - but 30k damage in 2 seconds is not something I can live through - I quit playing - 3rd time I died to same *** I was just running by and couldn't even see the animation to avoid.

This, PvP just isn't about being the most technically proficient dueler or 1 v Xr or vast, brain dead numbers. It has elements of tactics and cunning.
Siege hitting hard is a step to a design that supports technical proficiency, cunning, and tactics.
Right now it just supports pressing buttons in sequence or numbers.

Agree. Something flawed when five oils are pouring down on a zerg at the front door, and no one dies. They stand there like it's a refreshing hot shower.

It's almost like they're actually not just standing there, but are instead pumping out massive amounts of heals, purges, and siege shields in order to survive. Maybe once they fix this nonsense you should coordinate your pour timing with your group so that you might actually get some kills instead of giving people every opportunity to purge it off.

Look forward to the siege group with the mad skillz standing under the oil tonight. They will need to up their game.

Ah, yes, a "glorious change" that if left unchanged will likely lead to less income and poor word-of-mouth for Zeni. Bean counters won't let that stand for long.
Community: Werewolfs being able light attack people to death with the torug/enchant bug = Unbalanced, fix now zos it makes pvp unplayable.
Also the community: I can now one shot an entire pvp raid with a coldfire ballista =It's balanced, keep it.
