The following is just my ideas of what would resurrect the currently dead corpse of a DLC that is Imperial City. Containing, changes, new things and other stuff. Quite a lot here that can't really have a TLDR. I just thought I'd post it here in case anyone was interested.

Apologies that it's a web document. I did it all on word and didn't originally do it with the intention to post it on the forum. Chances are no one will care / read it cos no one cares about IC but here it is anyway.

All of this in a lagfree environment (like it is now), thats quality and well worth my money
