PS4 Controller Bug

The PS4 Controller every so often starts going haywire. Buttons stop working. A button that suppose to do one thing does something entirely different. When I switch to a different virtual screen it fixes the problem, but only for a moment, and the problem starts all over again. Does anyone else have this problem?
