When is this going to be fixed?
That's all we need to know, this bull crap with your contract with akamai needs to stop, what ever YOU are doing since the last week of September YOU have been ruining this game for 1000's of people.
When is this going to be fixed?
<command name="EnableFriendlyFire" display="Enable Friendly Fire on players." instant="1"> <param entity="1" type="Data" name="Dummy" runreq="0"/> <param type="Boolean" name="Default"/> <param type="Boolean" name="Explosions"/> </command> m_bFriendlyFire=TrueAnd said, here ya go, we slapped a little code here and there, jump in and have fun. Who cares about consequences. GAWD sure as heck didn't when he decided to expand the MultiVerse so why should we ?

You obviously missed the part where the latency goes through the roof once my traceroute hits Akamai.
And that is before i even get to the request timeouts.
I go from:
6/5/6
5/5/5
to
210/216/184
Not sure what you are smoking but it is blatantly obvious that Akamai is the bottleneck here ...
One does not have to take the individual numbers literally to notice a very repeatable pattern:lordrichter wrote: »... Starting with that node, I would not necessarily expect traceroute and ping to work properly. I would not trust the numbers ...

So with all the troubleshooting, how can it be logically explained to a layman like myself, where I'm getting to their server, having a great old time, then Akamai takes over and I'm literally screwed!

Maybe PvP players should start buying crowns then

I use to stream ESO everyday from lil old New Zealand. I love ESO, its life. But support had nothing for me - in the end they told me they cant do anything else for me and have sent info on to the appropriate channels and that i should do some bug reports in game. This was 2 weeks ago, my ticket is closed now. Nothing has changed and the high ping is still here. Late September it started for me. Over a month dealing with support. Im disappointed. I still try to stream ESO but its a struggle - i do writs, end game content!! I shall wait.

Thank you OP and all those that have voiced their dissatisfaction and provided logical real time data... Since it is not my expertise or profession I will leave the technical jargon to the OP and other tech whizzes in here, but what I will do is use my knowledge of QQing and bumping to help steer this into light and possibly get a resolution or fix from ZoS.

So I purchaced your service for the month thinking I can be re routed, nope. Do you have any advice on how we can fix this? Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for your letter.
Please enable Obfuscated Servers option in the NordVPN application. It can be done by following these steps:
On Windows NordVPN application, go to the Settings tab. Scroll down and find Advanced settings and enable the Obfuscated Servers option.
Afterward, reconnect to one of our servers and see if that helps.
Looking forward to your reply!

@chazis it possible that the bottle necking of these IP's addresses like mine and those that are having the same issue but in different locations over the world even though their seemingly close State or countries neighbors seems to have better connection fit this scenario?
Or is it all just [snip].
