New to ESO, Veteran to MMO's looking to join a guild.

I am new to ESO but have been playing MMO's for about 20 years. I started playing Ultima Online in 1998, went to DAoC, fooled around with City of Heroes, and then started playing WoW when it was released. I'm interested in end-game content, PvE, PvP, and social events. I live in the Eastern U.S. timezone but time isn't relevant to me. I am looking to join a guild that shares the same interests and goals, that's friendly and willing to teach an old noob.
