Hair looks a lot better. I've often mourned that they stuck such a cool and potentially sexy character with that goofy, clashing, badly cut mohawk. That rendering of it is a big improvement both in style and tint.

At first I didn't think it was him. The mohawk isn't right and he is entirely lacking in giant shoulderpads. But having come to accept that this is a new artist's rendition, it just kind of amuses me when I look at it.

I have to say though, if they put out TV ads for this like they did for Morrowind, I am going to giggle so hard at Raz on my TV.

He's in the Cinematic Teaser for a hot second and its super obvious they broke the budget on his fur.

speaking of trailer faces, i was really impressed by the close-up on the Elven Hero. i've never liked her face itself (though i've heard people say she's hot); i think because her nose is so far away from her mouth.

but i loved that double microexpression in that squint, where you can see the shock, horror and sadness of someone stoic recognizing that something terrible is happening to something she holds dear, and that she never expected this could go wrong. i just want to give a shout-out to whoever animated that. i didn't even finish the trailer first before i skipped back a few seconds. that was extremely well done, and it's work like this that's gonna make Mr. Ebert's statement look silly someday.

naryu got a sidekick role in a sidequest....

From what was said it sounds like he might be the main NPC giving your goals, kind of like Vivec was during Morrowind.
Hopefully that's the case as he's a great character.

That chick though... I hope that she actually has a role in-game. Because that is by far the most badass Altmer I've seen to date in any TES titles. (Naryu is Dunmer, which makes it a different category.)

Not for the better sadly. He needs to begin to regain his Khajiit nature and ways. To be as the moons intended him to be.

I'd rather have Raz as a sidekick anyway. He'd be wasted stuck in a castle giving out fetch quests.
