@MistressJuxtapoze It looks like Engine Guardian staff (from arms pack maybe?).

Honestly it's usually me who digs this thread out when it gets buried 10 pages deep so I can post more of my Cats. The Megathread for Costumes is even more obscure, not very many people know it exists. It'd be nice if these were stickied at least.
