Looking for a semi-hardcore PvE guild

When i say semi hardcore pve guild i mean that their joining restrictions arent too strict and generaly the guild isnt super strict cause im kinda new to the end game PvE trials and etc.
Because atm since i have been playing the game on and off since the release of the Dlcs my cp is only around 300 but i know im an good player and experienced(know my weavin,rotations etc)
And i want to find a guild that is willing to help me gear up i find it very hard to find people to grind dungeons with and im missing one piece for my Dk and havent been able to grind it for days now cause i just cant find people.

The core group is full atm (and has requirements) but open raids are signups available to everyone.
