What is your favorite BG map?

We got Foyada Quarry - a small open map where everything is seen from the center.
We got Ald Carac - a dwemer ruin with the trap in the middle.
And we got Ularra - a daedric ruin with portals to the center.

Which one do you enjoy more? Where fights tend to be more fun in your opinion? Which of the names you love seeing on your loading screen more?

    Ularra
The most annoying thing I run into on the quarry and ularra are the small rocks/torches next to the bridges and steps (to the portals). The amount of times I've tried to jump past them onto the bridges or steps to get away or break Los only to be hung up is pretty high.

I've since taken steps to remind myself not to repeat this, but I do wish they would remove the small objects near steps/bridges that really impede mobility or force you to take a longer route. They're pretty and all, but I like how arenas look a lot more when I'm not dead.

That said, ularra is still my favorite, just because of the great mobility and multiple access routes the two levels of the arena offer

I love using chains and talons to keep people in the lava  Also easier to plan around for Domination as you can better see the enemies. But I do like Ularra a lot too.

    Ald Carac
I like all of them but if I had to rate, looks like my rating is the opposite to the popular opinion so far

Ald Carac - I like that it's more structured and all the areas are somewhat separate, so you can have separate fights happening and in my experience that's where most small-scale fights happen. At the same time, it feels a little too big sometimes, especially if you have a premade - it becomes hard to find other players.
Foyada Quarry is just 1 huge fight usually and sometimes it's fun too. And if you're at the center you can come to any other flag and vice versa go from flag to center.
Ularra feels like a mix of the other two to me. You have some secluded areas but at the same time center and portal grant you access anywhere. A lot of fun fights around the portals. But the stairs to the portals are really annoying - you can't enter them from the side even if it's just 2-3 steps. That feels clunky.

I wonder what the new map will be like.

New meta is going for Master Angler while you are accepting ready checks over and over to no avail, can't wait in Rawl'kha you are missing out on all those fish.

ald carac defintiely the weakest in my book.

its close between the other two but generally the lava map plays the best across all modes.
i think mostly b/c DOM and CTF play better in my book when u have an idea where the other teams are and thus the open space allows for better information.

in general i think the biggest problem i have with CTf and DOM is that without visibilty of team movements, like on the open lava map, i feel like there should be a mini map or something.
IDK, just seems like in those games PUg teams will be all over the place cause its hard to tell whats going on.

    I like all of them.

Foyada Quarry is my favorite though because it's smaller and has a cool layout imo. Lava can be used advantageously as well.
