[PC EU] Enchanter's Exchange - trade glyphs to level your Enchanting skill

The Enchanter's Exchange is a newly created guild to help crafters level their Enchanting skill.
I've just started recruiting for members, and once we reach 50 we'll be able to open a Guild Store. The plan is that as a member you create glyphs using your spare runes, and sell them to your fellow guild members. Then buy glyphs from other guild members for you to deconstruct!

SirNightstormSoul ShrivenWe've now passed the 10 member mark, so the Guild Bank is available to us. I'm wondering about an honour-based trading system where members withdraw glyphs that they need and deposit 100 gold per glyph. And vice-versa, somehow.
Anyone any thoughts on a how to manage this before we get to the magic 50 members where we can have a store?0
