The frustration regarding the Activity Finder queue issues is fair and understandable. We've had our Engineers prioritized on fixing them since Morrowind launched, and while we've identified and fixed some we still have work to do. We have a round of fixes that we're testing now and will push live with the next incremental patch. (The fixes we're testing are not ones we can roll out via a hotfix, as we can with tomorrow's quest issue fix.)

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom Or you revert the group finder back to stage when it was working as intended. You know, before Homestead. Before someone decided to add a ready check that sends DDs with 3h+ queue time to inifite queue when a Tank or Healer with 1 second queue time declines. And, you know, all the other issues... like 4 freakin people in a party on TS pressing yes and it still saying someone declined. And then waiting for ... finding a group with 4 people in a group.

Damn right. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one noticing these things, happy to know I'm not

They are actually trying to fix the group and battleground finder, but this is just a side-effect comming with those fixes. So stop complaining and be glad they fix stuff!

A 'hotfix' isn't defined as something that take HOURS of downtime, the 'HOT' part of that word is the clue.

'HOT swapping' means replacing a component with the system running, 'HOT patching' means patching while running, 'HOT fixing' if it means anything (which it didn't until the amateurs in the PC development industry invented it) would mean the same thing .. I expect you're trying to imply that not requiring a client-side patch is the 'hot' part, but if the server goes down for hours the fact there's no need to patch the game client is irrelevant.

Exactly! When you bring your car with one broken part away to get fixed, and it gets returned to you with a second broken part, you should be glad because they tried to fix stuff!

Instead of just replying to these sort of "easy" posts. How can a whole server need several hours of downtime to fix a few quests. In todays day and age that is just not acceptable. So more communication to the community would be appreciated

Lol, their QC team are utterly incompetent, always have been since the beginning of the game, some issues from the closed betas of 2013 are still there.

What about addressing issues in BG like if someone rage quits, then everyone gets booted out?, so no progress is made, no achievements.

Look at some of the principles in CoD or Payday2, it dont matter if people rage quit, that is their problem, but not everyone else gets penalised.

PvP is still laggy as hell, kudos on making only one cp campaign that sometimes crashes the server, with players using skills, etc, that you guys put in the game in the first place.

A stable gaming enviroment is utterly essential, sure there will always be some issue, but downtime for hours to address a issue or two is horrific, what will be messed up after?

But it is ok, keep developing new content for a broken flawed great game, adding more issues.

Not to mention ignoring pretty much all feedback on PTS and doing what you want anyways.

Constantly working to improve the game, more like constantly working to annoy as many of your playerbase as possible more like.

You cant dismiss other peoples complaints simply off the fact that you don't play that specific part of the game...
