In the beginning of this game's release i had asked zos to changed their patch process for updates to be streamlined for consoles. they stated it cost extra money which they did not want to fork up. This was for regular patches and hotfixes, now we have a Main feature BG's que broken and zos does not want to spend the money needed to fix the problem. its sad, they could give two *** about console players we are peasents to them. we are low priortity or at least the pvp aspects of this game, and it shows... the famous quote," you know you don't have to be here right?" they play us for fools, and we are fools for speding our time and money on this game and they cant even please their pvp audience.... why? because this game didnt pull the money they wanted w the pvp route and went to crown sales pve items and whale sales thats where their audience is and thats who they are catering to with their priorities... now being console and pvp.... GG they dont give a *** man they don't, i'll say it time and time again their actions do not prove it!!!!!! no effort, no passion, no love, no community, no leadership it starts from the top and trickles down.... they game has tremendous pvp potential, i'll repeat Tremendous ! they just flush it down the gutter because it didnt go the way they wanted it to.... no the team has downsized, to what seems like one programmer who does coding to remove bugs and all others work on crown sale items and the likes, their superiors dont give them the budget to make these things happen.
console players get every patch 2-3 weeks late, its been like that since 2 years, since the start.
At least PC players beta test for you, find bugs and so on.
You just could have canceled your preorder when you heard about all the bugs on PC, no reason to whine about it now.

The famous taken out of context quote "you know you don't have to be here, right"? That quote? That quote was in a thread where a dev was discussing playing their character in the game. Not talking about fixes, glitches, or what a pos game it was. The person who crashed the thread and kept bringing up all the things they personally didn't like/had issues with/thought was broken when the dev said they couldn't discuss anything like that is what prompted that quote. All the other posters were discussing the fun stuff they found playing the game, with a dev who was in the discussion as a player who was having fun playing the game. The dev finally got fed up with the threadcrapper and said, after all the complaints about what a piece of crap the game was, "You know you don't have to be here, right?" Really; if someone is that unhappy, there is no point to them staying to play a game they don't like that makes them miserable.

A fix patch doesn't take 5-7 days.
A major dlc update may take x-y or z timeframe but I know for a fact, a few developers hav submitted and released updates in 24-48 hours on a frequent basis and those are online and server capable games as well as single player or peer to peer games.
I think what you need to understand is the differ nice between submitting the first time with a pass vs submit, response requiring changes and the developers addressing those and getting the submissions updated.
Just hoping to clear up misinformation

I'm not sure you did. I think there may be a language barrier? But I didn't understand what point you were trying to make. Could you clarify?

We all understand the time it takes to cert this is about the fact that they choose to delay console patches to lump them together to save money on cert we ate asking zos to change this when major game breaking bugs effect content that they step up pay the money and cert a hot fix not make us deal with the bug for weeks
Hey @ZOS_JessicaFolsom and @ZOS_GinaBruno can you explain to us why we have to wait until mid July for a fix and why you can't move up the patch like you guys did with the VMol login.

Are you are troll, or just missing the point?
MS and PS certification takes a week.... we get patch maintenance on Xbox maybe every 1.5 months while PC get it ~ every 2 weeks.
this is because ZoS is either a) cheap, b) incompetent, c) lazy, or d) all of the above.
Rather than rushing it, they iron out the kinks on PC, then release on console. It saves them money since they don't need two teams and it results in a more streamlined rollout (versus releasing and fixing two patches simultaneously). It's common practice in the industry.
Dude, everytime they touch the dungeon finder it gets broken and it takes months to fix.... this is the same way it has always been... Dont you remember last time before One Tamriel? that it took 6 months to repair? OR the other time when they introduced that you have to accept the group? it got damaged for weeks...
We waited around 100 days for VMOL to get fixed
It's still broken.... what do you mean. Crashing is still rampantly prevalent, possibly worse than ever
Also you can still exploit vMoL to get the skin/title/loot chests. Pretty sure it was exploited excessively on Xbox. ZOS simply doesn't care.

To reiterate. Console players are well aware of the console patching process, definitely more aware of it than PC players. No one is saying a patch should be live same day or even the next.
However, console patch certification does not take 6 weeks. It does not take 4 weeks. For a patch the size PC players got it takes 2-3 days.* The most a patch takes is a week.*
And all of this is beside the point @ZOS_GinaBruno told us they weren't submitting it for immediate certification, instead they were putting it in a previously scheduled incremental. This contradicts what @ZOS_BrianWheeler said when he told us everything would be pushed live immediately.
ZOS released broken content. We deserve it fixed ASAP. There is no reason we can't receive the patches from today and yesterday by 26 June. That's all we are saying. (Not that it appears we want those patches because they appear to have made everything worse.)
* These timeframes assume the certification teams don't find problems with the patch. A competent developer should never send a bad patch for cert anyways.

Since it turns out I am not the only console player tired of ZoS terrible and unacceptable way they handle patches putting the blame all on Sony and micro cert! Every console player here knows it takes no longer then 5-7 days for cert if it's a large patche it is all just ZoS trying to bundle patches together to save money on certification now I understand they can't do weekly patches like they do for pc as cert would prob be a little pricy but hot fixes for major content updates need to happen they need to step up pay for cert for a hot fix and put it live. Also I'm tired of pc players coming in every time we try to complain and say get over it we beta test it for you atleast or just play pc. We are not 2nd class gamers we pay the same we play same.also about the beta testing this is 100% NOT TRUE! we get every single bug you do in every single patch just 2 weeks later then get to wait even longer for a fix. Now back more on topic and to the latest example of this terrible patch management.
Stated in there most recent post about BG que problem console players get to wait till mid to end July for the BG que patch pc is getting if it even fixes it so if it doesn't like every other time they have had a "fix" we get to wait another month or so. I paid 40$ for content that is so broke as in BG the main reason I bought the upgrade. I'm sorry zos you guys need to step up pay for an extra console cert and stopping trying to save money by getting as much into the 1 patch as you can BG needs a fix by time we get it everyone will have moved on. Please ZOS I just want what I paid you for. Console players please it is time to end this and make ZoS answer or atleast respond we are just as much as part of this community as pc players.
The game was designed to be played on PC. Play the game how it was designed to be played and you will be fine.
Consoles are now based on the same architecture as a mid level PC, get with the times.
Since when does "based on" mean equal?......There is no console that even comes close to the horsepower or versatility of a PC. It's true that game consoles are dumbed down, use specific PC's, if that's the point you were trying to make.
