Nightblades are more powerful in PvP than in PvE, which means if you nerf them for PvP, you're pretty much destroying them and making them useless for PvE. They're already the weakest PvE class. (Debatable ...)
If this post is not serious, then LOL I guess.

I was casually walking in Cyrodill like I own it(I deserve to, duh) with my High Elf Sorcerer when a pesky NB attacked me from the shadow and nearly got me to half HP by the time I stretched and pressed q and e, my damage shield shortcuts. But that wasn't the only OVERPOWERED trick up the NB's sleeve, soon as I remembered the button for my crystal shards, the OP NB started dodging each one of them with his OP dodge roll(luckily it was ninja-nerfed so that he was unable to use abilities or attacks inbetween dodges) I was growing impatient when he finally made a mistake and tried attacking me but my so underpowered crystal shard killed him as he didn't dodge roll. Good thing I am a pro player else that noob would have killed me with his OP Nightblade.
But this is not all, in another ocasion, while I was travelling with my much underpowered imperial Dragonknight, I was harassed by an OP Nightblade who attacked me for 5 minutes straight while I was forced to use my dragon blood once in a while to heal my wounds. If I only knew, I would have had my proc items to instakill that OP nightmare that was following me attacking and making me unable to mount my cool flaming horse. I was finally saved when a Templar from an opposing faction came into the play and chose him as his first target, killing the OP beast with ONE holy jesus beam, and then he left me alone after seeing we both couldn't even *** our health bars. Fun times, fun times indeed.
To summarize, these are the problems with this OP class in pvp, the stamina Nightblade:
-Too OP at most average burst damage
-The stealth ( it's not fair that they can have stealth ability and I can't, please nerf it some more even though it's already interrupted by everything intended and not intended but please don't make it useful to them by adding a remove negative effects again)
-Too average OP self healing, Vigor heals them too much, adding two full seconds to their infinite two second survivability in PVP. But I don't know about that, please nerf Vigor just for Nightblades, that would fix the problem better.
-Dodge Roll (Even with the fatigue and the 1 second+ disability from using any attacks or abilities after the roll animation is finished, this it faaar more than OP, please ninja-nerf it some more to add a 1 second unremovable root after the 1 second when the NB can't cast any abilities or even light attacks, that would balance things up, because I don't use it that much and I wouldn't care for those who do anyway).
Thank you Zenimax for reading this and I know you will listen and and don't listen to all those Nightblade lovers, so what if they quit ESO, it's not like I would get any money if they stay, just nerf this OP class to it's right place, the Rusty Argonian Nightblade, that class that is only good as a crafting alt and for thieves guild quests.

And these posts are the reason why NB's are at the freaking bottom in pve. Thanks alot good sir, for ruining it even more for a dedicated NB that doesnt pvp!

All stamblades are good at, is PvP, and even then, they're super squishy. It takes alot of skill and timing to get a kill, and if you didn't get the kill, Mass Hysteria + Run for the hills or Goodbye cruel world.
PvE is not the right place for NB's, Cyrodiil is the only place where they can shine a little bit. Take that away and you might as well swap NB with Warden.
