I think it is way too strong atm in pvp and pve, not only people, who wear heavy armor have large survivability, but also they hit like a truck... Almost I do not see good old stamblades atm :(

    Can you link some heavy armor dps builds? Either for stamblade, stam dk or mag sorc

    In PvP maybe, but in PvE only tanks wear it. It has no utility besides tanking there. And in PvP I would say it's not a heavy armor problem, but specific sets like Black Rose or Reactive, coupled with proc sets that are causing the problem. Heavy Armor itself has significant drawbacks when it comes to sustain (recovery, cost reduction), penetration (compared to light armor) and weapon damage (compared to medium). If they will nerf recovery and remove the cost reduction CP, like they plan to do next patch, heavy armor will be in a very bad place.
