Why use a DK when I can bring a warden and a sorc. Sorc has encase which cost less and better than warden and have way better survivability than a light armor DK.Warden has a AOE major defile ability Not ultimate. A warden can give the entire group major toughness And major ward and resolve.Plus a AOE ultimate that gives major protection to follow you. For awhile there it seemed like every one was forgetting Negate...you're not killing the healers without it very easily. Good to keep in mind roll dodge now granting root immunity as well.

I'm just taking sorcs in general. I'm capture the flag, if you're against 4 sorcs and you don't have a magicka character with shields and with vamp for mist than you're not getting the flags. That's going to be the only way to clear out mines.
Unblockable, stackable curse is op as hell in a good group. Cast curse, light attack and CS, mages wrath, BOOM, MAGES WRATH execute proc and dead. You can do this in live now, it's not just going to be op, it's already op. Say each curse only does 5k damage, which is terribly low for curse. That's 20k damage that can only be then 2k pet mages wrath, let's forget the cs la weave. That's 28k dmg before the 4x executes proc. That kills most builds as is. Without the execute.
The problem if the lack of counters and automatic occurrences if sorc spells. Mages wrath and morphs are op. It essentially kills anyone under 35k hp and you don't even have to do the damage to that individual to proc it.
Yes i have a problem with the way the sorc class is designed. Not the damage per say, the design.
There's a new set which when you apply a taunt they do 100% more damage to you and 50% less damage to all other players. This will be good on and orgnum scales troll king tank. The rest of the group can have much more dot rotations and maybe lose 1 or 2 self protection healing skills and focus more offensive.

I agree, but only to an extent. In battlegrounds it will be the role of a tank to grab flags in capture the flag, and holding a capture point in domination. If they take 100% more damage, the second they get hit with a stun or run out of stamina they are gonna get owned. Remember there is no CP in battlegrounds. And on top of that there is a debuff for flag carriers, the longer they hold the flag the stronger the debut gets.
