recently I have gone and tried to complete the Hero of the EP achievement but have hit a wall due to not being able to find the last quest i need in Deshaan to complete said achievement and for the other achievements listed in the title. I have searched all over the map for all the NPCs needed to start these quests but was met with no luck. And the areas/ building they are located in I cannot get in (Selfora Inn, the inner part off the Tribunal Temple, and the Hallow Cave).
Anyone else experience anything similar? and have a possible way to work around it?
