Nope, Dueling is the primary clip, if you can read it says "a small clip of 1vX" - notice the "small"

Lol. Ok, just fyi I didn't mention the video. It won all duels, those are just of the 561s and those that best showed the dynamics. I'm not a streamer, I have no problem showing the short comings.
Btw, I rarely do group PvP or keep warfare so you'll rarely see the same kinds of players you do in other videos.0 -

Get rid of the Cheaters and their hacks. This will help fix the main problems with lag and make the game more fun.
Addons are part of the lag problem too. Too much data going back and forth from servers and clients.
Lmao because everyone plays ESO on PC with lots of add ons and hackers :'l you are aware there are 4 console mega servers and 2 PC ones right? And even without the add ons and the hackers, you get a few destro ults or abilities with fancy animations going off and the game locks up and says how about no, I'm casting that cap close for you 4 times in a row then not allowing you to switch bars to try rectify the fact you gap closed someone 4 times in a row.
They knew all along why the game doesnt perform well and has spiralled down hill since day 1... they have said countless times.... ANIMATIONS.
And its not just the new snazzy animations they needlessly put in either, remember back in the day when we all run around on horses or simple feline or guar based mounts? Now every other person has a storm atro mount, blue silly looking ghost cat thing or some kind of sparkly mount that added more needless animations.
In 2017 you mean to tell me the game engine doing simple math algorithms based on numbers is causing lag when regardless of cp it still needs to calculate dmg etc anyway? Pfffft okay (y)
You really don't know how any of this works do you?
Animations are handled client side, so if animations are indeed slowing your performance down that means you're running on a potato.
The math involved in every single attack with CP enabled has to account for your stats + your opponents stats, applicable passives, gear, environmental conditions (elevation, etc, potentially), active buffs, active debuffs...NOW, let's add in a breakdown of every single CP point, where it went, how each of them potentially affects that scenario. Now multiply that by however many hundreds of people are in a campaign.
On top of that, let's factor in client-server handshakes and the latency disparity between different players.
If anything, the fact that the systems can handle that much data relatively well is pretty impressive.
The math is the issue. And adding up to 600 additional data points per player IS going to have an effect.0 -

I run a nonoffensive magplar that is healing/support focused. I made it on nonCP, so it runs very well there. Ultimately, these support/healing builds are not impacted terribly by sustain/survival, but their healing amounts are (because lack of CP tree boosts double dipping). They still perform well though, they just overperform IMO on CP campaigns. If you want to mix in offensive stuff, like beams, shards, jabs, or offensive ults, you will give up sustain or survival, but can still perform well. If you have another magplar to share the weight with you, it runs beautifully then.0 -

✭✭✭✭NoCP has been a really fun change of pace this week, but I wouldn't want this to be permanent. Though it is nice not running into so many permanent block-tank rock-humping builds.
When most of the double-AP PVE players leave for good, it's going to be all of us experienced players left trying to cheese one another down with poisons, Destro ult trains, and siege.

Everyone is so accustomed to cp, especially console player's that they've become so reliant on the system.0 -

I'm a big fan of the Melon Baked Parmesan Pork myself. Haha.
But ... like you said ... heavy attacking is vital. It's so simplistic to say but it really is a huge key to sustaining a build with low regen. The reason I use a lightning staff is because I can literally hold down heavy attack and it constantly finds opponents for me. So while I may only be passively recovering 300 to 400 magic every second (1/2 to 1/3rd of most people) I'm actively getting much more.
I love it when tanks show up because I use them to charge my ultimate and regain magic and then kill their friends.0 -

Cool. Yeah, I give up sustain. Anyway, the reason I asked is because I figure you might be one of the few people who has the resources available to easily run my build. If you ever want a crazy Magplar build that in 90% of hands would be trash but works like a Ferrari for a few let me know. I doubt I'll ever be able to convince people that crit resist is overrated unless I get a guy like you to show the world.1 -

Those are the kind of people it could kill. So yes, your hybrid build is good at killing a level 30 something, and 2 guys with 70 odd CP questing at some church in the middle of nowhere questing. So is the Lord's Kung Fury Viper Fist build. I wouldnt blame the noCP for the build not working is my point. Id blame hybrid being more or less worthless. Also - Im not sure Id call a build that only uses werewolf for stam a hybrid. I think more of the mix of 2hander/dual weild using something like crit rush/frags/mages wrath +tornado.. things like that is more of a 'hybrid'. But your build is neato Waff. Dont get all bent out of shape.

I hear you man - my Kung Fury Viper Fist build was significantly impacted by the noCP on all campaigns as well. But I have a couple others I can use fortunately. Youre not the only one bro.

Anyway, do either of you 2 run a Magplar? After looking at the forums I seem to be in the very small minority of people who saw the lack of CP as no big deal.
I run a nonoffensive magplar that is healing/support focused. I made it on nonCP, so it runs very well there. Ultimately, these support/healing builds are not impacted terribly by sustain/survival, but their healing amounts are (because lack of CP tree boosts double dipping). They still perform well though, they just overperform IMO on CP campaigns. If you want to mix in offensive stuff, like beams, shards, jabs, or offensive ults, you will give up sustain or survival, but can still perform well. If you have another magplar to share the weight with you, it runs beautifully then.
Cool. Yeah, I give up sustain. Anyway, the reason I asked is because I figure you might be one of the few people who has the resources available to easily run my build. If you ever want a crazy Magplar build that in 90% of hands would be trash but works like a Ferrari for a few let me know. I doubt I'll ever be able to convince people that crit resist is overrated unless I get a guy like you to show the world.
Crit resist isn't AS important on NoCP because damage is lower and nobody has high crit.

True. I usually run about 1047 crit resist but went with 0 yesterday just to see.
I deal with stealth ganks via heavy armor, breath of life and harness magicka. I have not been one shot in ages.0 -

Neither do I, the competitive side of me hates it. But I can be a good sport and mess around in TF a little. My friends and I died left and right, but we gave as good as we got. I might even spend more time in NoCP Azuras after this just for laughs, because coordinated ult bombs in NoCP are absolutely hilarious.
Try not to take it seriously, and just remember things will be back to normal in a week. Until then farm up some PVE taters.
