No worries - any ETA per chance?
ETA for an update? We're all chatting right now, so likely today! ETA for the change? Not sure yet.
...........
Maybe it is!
Remember that statistic from ESO Live about a month ago, that only 50% of players have EVER upgraded their bag space AT all, and only 3% of players have upgraded them to max? And that's why storage wasn't a priority in housing?
Well, what if some dev heard this and thought it was unfair, so deliberately broke Treasure Maps to force more players to buy bank space?
It could be true! You never know.

Thanks for being patient everyone, we just wanted to let you know now that Rich has sold all of his treasure maps at mark-up prices to people stock piling we won't be going ahead with this change. Rich send his regards.

Wait what? After much shuffle, destroying and deconstruction of bag items, I managed to delete a mule for the warden character I want to build later. That means I now have 11 characters, 3 craftsman, a sorc my main, a healer a secondary main and 6 mules. Only one is not upgraded to 200 spaces, its at 140. The deleted one had 200. Bank at 240. I have atm 60 spaces open on main, 0 open in bank, 10 to 20 on craftsman for obvious crafting reasons and 0 on the muels. The sorc and healer share the 60 spaces.Questions arise!!
1. Is there stats based on characters active or characters ever made??
2. In the divines name, can someone just explain how do the non upgrading bag space players handle there loot, more specifically there sets?
3. So in an game were ZOS say they want to a please everyone, they themselves point out that only 3% seems to struggle with bag space and then ZOS say that they are not doing anything for the 3% because its just 3%. No question just wondering.
Ok so its is clear that I must be a set hoarder and I must just deconstruct every thing!! Like really , pointing finger at myself, why do you need 2 complete sets of the advancing yokuda, one for devines trait and one for impenetrable trait, deconstruct them ffs.
Why would I keep on holding any divine trait sets for that matter? Why do I have complete sets of basically every set there is? Well I thought it would be lovely to go to my non existing chest in my house and take out a complete set or set parts and go of doing... then come back and put away that set and fit the one I need for doing....
I must be crazy. The game obviously does not work like that. Its more like wear same set forever or farm the one you need and when you have all the pieces you need destroy the other one you not using, only to farm that one when ever needed again.
Silly me for thinking of a closet full of clothes.Mrs_Malaka wrote: ».......At this rate, next patch we'll see that they've readjusted the lid of an urn in some secluded hut in Wrothgar, but they'll still be "working on a fix for the treasure maps" >:(

O well, eso is eso. I'll still play the hero and kill all monsters, save towns everywhere and go on raids doing dungeons and the one I love the most TRIALS.
Enjoy ESO

Just wondering is this going to be fixed?
Yeah, but the guild store system is so painful to have to use the price doesn't matter because finding something you want is nigh on impossible without wasting hours trudging around the world .. life's too short for the annoyance.By the tame this is fixed the paintings will cost nothing in the guild stores.
Exploration & Itemization
General
Treasure chests found by following treasure maps now have a small chance to contain painting furnishings.
Note: This does not apply to Collector’s Edition treasure maps, which continue to grant their previous rewards.

Only for the minority of the player base that got a patch today. Any ETA for a fix for the other platforms would be appreciated:-)

Unless you're playing the game on bits of string and cat pee, you should be on a platform that got patched today with the fix for treasure chests giving paintings.
I have no idea how small a "small chance" is but after 10+ Treasure Maps I have 0 paintings.Treasure chests found by following treasure maps now have a small chance to contain painting furnishings.
*sigh*
Cant believe that this bug is sooo complicated that its impossible to get a fix on it in 2 weeks
*starts putting maps on a 3rd mule*
Thankfully I have a second account I can mail maps to for more storage
