Crown Store Purchase: Aurbical Symbols (body markings) *Disappearing*

I don't know if this should be in Bugs or PC Tech Support (please move if needed, thank you) but I spent real money on this and it's not working properly.

When I'm wearing this particular body marking it disappears on it's own when using wayshrines, logging in and out from different characters and using doors etc. I can go back in and place it back on my character but every time a loading screen happens poof it's gone.

It's not only Aurbical body markings, I bought Dominion tattoo pack and they disappears every time after I go through the loading screen. Face marking stays though.
Now I browsed forums here and saw some old posts about this bug, seems that this problem was buried and left behind, nothing has changed and not even anoucments, like ""we are working on it"" or "will be soon fixed"" !!!
C'mon , we paid for it, why are you selling broken things?!

For me the Aurbical is fine, but the Dominion one gives me trouble all the rime.
