Can't Turn in Writ

I can't turn in an Enchanting Writ, got the stuff, says completed, but no way to turn it in.

on Mac OS...
Troubleshooting:
Put the crafted Glyph and Rune in bank, then took back out
Checked SET RequestedNumJobThreads in usersettings.txt, they are "-1", not "0" (This suggested fix is found here)
Any suggestions?
