Missing map pointers for some writ quests

Is anybody missing their map pointers to turn in writs?...I've been noticing that the map pin to turn in a writ quest is missing. The quest is also sometimes missing on the quest tab of the map. However, the quest displays normally in the quest journal, as well as the compass and the in-game location as well.
I'm on NA/PC and I've seen this in both glenumbra as well as auridon, i've also seen this on zone 1 writs as well as higher ones (I currently only go up to zone 3). I turned off all addons and it still happened

No quest objective markers for any of my quests. Using show on map zooms to the area where they should be but quest list says, " you have no quests in this location." Confirmed in craglorn, stonefalls, multiple dungeons, and gold coast with no addons. Makes progression extremely difficult if you don't know where to go.0
