Gdb + igneous shield buffs up and then the shattering rocks combo = soo much heals while dpsing. Plus it has nice range for pesky sorcs trying to run away.

Also, fossilize > shattering rocks

and ignous shield is like...a base skill for magdks, not sure why any magdk wouldnt even have it in the first place

On a mdk sturdy is amazing block cast you stay alive a lot longer.

I have to say fossilize is better then shattering rocks but I'll give it a try again it's just to hard to give up a cc that goes through block and can stop a magic enemy out of Stam for a long time

Shattering goes through block as well. When you try it rotate talons and rocks so that power lash triggers continually with no CD. If there are multiple people just keep rocking anyone that isn't immune, it will set the whole group off balance and you can powerlash them all. Focus on keeping th e lash going and only switch to nuke heals when you have too.

Here is how I feel about Rattlecage. It is a decent set no doubt. However the only benefit I see to it is that it opens up a spot on your bar. There off the top of my head 3 other ways for you to get Major Sorcery, Armaments, entropy, and pots. So I say why run Rattlecage when you can wear 2 damage sets and still have major sorcery? Wearing 2 damage sets and rocking entropy(for instance) you will get more damage then wearing a damage set and rattlecage. I hope that makes sense.

I wear 5 Kags 5 BSW and 2 Skoria. It's great. I also use entropy on my back bar which buffs my health which in turn buffs my healing. It's also an empower which I do into a leap. I wear Kags because its a decent Balance between damage and sustain.
