Body Markings disappearing

I bought the Pact Warrior Body Tattoos and I have noticed something, I am not sure if this happens on all Body Markings but it happens on mine at least. The Body Marking stop appearing on my body if I change instance, as in if I teleport to another zone or enter a dungeon. But when I go into my Collections to reapply it it shows as still being on and I have to take it off and on again for it to reappear on my characters body. As said, not sure if this happens on other Tattoos but it does on this one at least.
